1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Navigate to exams.ischiasolutions.co.uk

​

3. The first time you open the page you will be prompted to enable "Microsoft Remote Desktop Web Access Conn..." ActiveX/Add-On. Allow/Run Add-on when asked.

4. Click and drag the URL icon onto your desktop, shown in red below. You will now be able to access the Cloud via that desktop link from now on.
